Step 1: Consultation
We begin the process with a free consultation. We review the scope of your project and your desired budget. We incorporate your personal tastes such as colors, textures, styles and accessories. We use our expertise to guide you while letting you take the wheel in the design process. When your vision is put on paper and you are ready to move forward, a retainer agreement is filled out, measurements are taken and a timeline for the rest of the project is laid out.
Step 2: Presentation
Following the consultation process, your vision is transformed into digital reality using cutting-edge technology. We work with you to make any adjustments to the design to reach your expectations. We assemble a portfolio of color palettes and material samples that will help you catch of glimpse of the finished project. We then work to finalize the design details.
Step 3: Application
With the detailed drawings finalized and reviewed, signatures are obtained, and the contract arranged. After the down payment is received, the project is scheduled and materials are purchased. Then the fun begins. Sit back and relax as your remodeling vision transforms to reality.
